Supporting women through one of life’s most important transitions
Retirement is meant to feel like freedom — but for many women, it brings unexpected uncertainty, disconnection, and emotional weight.
About Me
Hi, I’m Jane
Over the past 25+ years, I’ve worked with women at many stages of life — but there’s something unique about this transition into retirement that often goes unseen.
On the surface, everything looks fine. But underneath, many women are carrying more than they realise — mentally, emotionally, and physically.
I’ve seen this pattern again and again: women who have spent decades giving, supporting, and holding everything together… suddenly finding themselves unsure of who they are or what comes next.
Identity
This isn’t just a lifestyle shift — it’s an identity shift
When the structure of work disappears, so does a sense of rhythm, purpose, and identity. What was once clear can begin to feel uncertain.
Many women experience this as a kind of “heaviness” — overthinking, emotional weight, disconnection, or a constant searching for something more.
And yet, most support available doesn’t truly address this stage of life in a meaningful, whole-person way.
My approach is grounded in over 25 years of clinical practice, teaching, and working deeply with women’s health and wellbeing.
Rather than offering quick fixes, I focus on helping women understand what they’re carrying — and gently release it through practices that support the whole person.

Healthy Habits

Difference
Why this approach works
This is not about fixing one part of your life in isolation.
It’s about understanding how your mind, body, emotions, and daily habits all interact — and gently bringing them back into balance.
By working across all six areas, change becomes more natural, sustainable, and deeply felt.
